If you're driving down the road at night downtown, and your windshield is dirty, you shouldn't spray wiper fluid when it's below freezing. No, you definitely should not.
Ha! I did that too! Kept refreezing! I guess it's time to switch to the stuff made for below-freezing weather. And apparently it doesn't work if you try to make it stretch out by "cutting" it with normal windshield wiper fluid.
